THINKING DIFFERENTLY
CATCH THE TIDE
WE HAVE BEEN CONVERTING DISUSED INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS INTO THRIVING HUBS SINCE THE 1970s.
WE BELIEVE IN BUILDING COMMUNITIES THAT PROSPER THROUGH COLLABORATION, RESPECT AND ENJOYMENT.

We have three locations in Lewes.
NEEDLEMAKERS
for those who wish to shop for a perfect gift or stop for a coffee and bite to eat.
CANDLEMAKERS
offers comfortable, flexible, well-designed offices for small businesses.
THE STAR BREWERY
our arts and craft makers space
in the centre of town.
More than 50 makers and businesses work in our Lewes locations, with Terry on hand should they need any help.

Forum was established in the 1980s and presently hosts more than 40 small businesses and therapists.
We are undertaking extensive renovations in the industrial warehouse half of the building, following which will be studios, offices and workspaces to suit all types of start-ups and established businesses.

The Busworks in London King’s Cross was our largest location hosting up to 350 businesses and the Pleasance Theatre across almost 120,000 sqf.
After 40 happy years, we successfully sold the business to Workspace PLC in November 2021 to concentrate on our other sites, new projects and creating something special in Great Yarmouth.

We are restoring and have renovated several unloved buildings in the struggling seaside town of Great Yarmouth.
The first building we completed now houses a local firm of solicitors and the Fourth Portal has opened an operation in the former Citizens Advice building.
In 2023, we will begin to welcome startups, educators and anyone seeking a welcoming modern space.

Join Us
As we share our experiences, we wish to seek out the like-minded to join us.
There is real potential, particularly for left-behind towns like Great Yarmouth to prosper through this downturn and as technology improves.
